E- Lift PRO Electric Bike Lift Power Supply and Motor Warranty
The power supply and motor of the E-Lift PRO electric bike lift come with a 2-year
limited warranty from the date of the original purchase. In any case, the warranty
will terminate if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

This warranty is non-transferable, and any sale, transfer, or disposal of the product
will void this warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The "original purchaser" refers to an individual who purchases the product directly from E-Lift PRO or an authorized reseller or distributor and is not purchasing with the
intent to resell.

Return Policy for Bike Lift
Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Packaging Requirements: The product must be packed according to the original new
packaging requirements for the return.

Accessory Requirements: All accessories must be included and not missing. Return
requests with missing accessories will not be accepted.

Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

Return Approval: Returns must be approved by us beforehand. Please contact us
and receive confirmation before returning the product. We will only accept returns
after we have granted approval.
