Return Policy for Bike Lift

Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Packaging Requirements: The product must be packed according to the original new packaging requirements for the return.

Accessory Requirements: All accessories must be included and not missing. Return requests with missing accessories will not be accepted.

Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

Return Approval: Returns must be approved by us beforehand. Please contact us and receive confirmation before returning the product. We will only accept returns after we have granted approval.

Shipping & delivery

If the items are in stock at our U.S. warehouse, the order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to destination, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

All orders will be shipped via reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely arrival.
